[Yato]

Yato walked to the village, a can of red spray paint in his right hand. The villagers walked past him like he was not there. Sure, he was not there to them because they did not believe in a god like him. He reached into his jersey with his left hand, pulling out of the bottle that held the money he was saving for his shrine. Most of it was 5 yen coins, but he started accepting of money equivalent to it. He had to get a shrine somehow.

The dark-haired god walked to a wall, putting his money back in his jersey. Yato raised the can, spraying his number in red along with "Call the Yato god for trouble!" on the pale brick. He stared at it before falling on the ground, giving a loud sigh.

"How much longer am I going to have to do this until I have a shrine?"

[Rhamus]

"Have you tried promising eternal damnation upon all who oppose you? I hear that works pretty well. Not that I'd know." Rhamus said, appearing behind the 'God' in human appearance. Nice hat, coat, black shoes. He looked slightly like he should be at some fancy meeting, but that was intended. Also had a gun but that was concealed. A few people looked at him oddly, but most minded their own business. It was best to leave weird guys talking to nothing about eternal damnation alone. "Alternately, you need to get a prophet or messiah. They're usually pretty good at riling up the masses, especially if they become a matyr. Gotta make sure they write a holy book though."

[Yato]

Yato crossed his arms behind his head, turning his head to look at the person who had joined him. Not human, since he could see him. "Well, eternal damnation isn't my thing." he said, waving his hand as though he was dismissing the thought. He pushed himself up on his elbows, tilting his head at the person while narrowing his icy eyes.

"Well, you see, where I am from, there are many gods, so I have competition. I never get calls unless it's a random person with plumbing troubles or a small phantom is going about. Now, let me ask, who may I make this acquaintance to? I can tell you are not human. Humans can't see us gods unless they are in peril." he spoke, jumping to his feet. His hands brushed down his pants as he cleared the dirt from the legs.

"Shouldn't have sprawled there. I'll get Yukine to wash this later."

[Rhamus]

"Hmm. What about temporary damnation?" Rhamus said, with a thoughtful expression on his face. There many different ways to promise damnation, and many of them were indeed temporary. Like suffering torture for 5000 years and then having your soul devoured. Or simply waiting in a waiting room for millenia to get into Heaven. All quite horrible, all probably difficult to actually to do someone. Such is religion.

And then he heard the comment about many competing Gods. "Can you form pantheons? Actually, what kind of God are you? I am not a human, I am a Werewolf. Which means I have three forms, human, wolf, and this sort of hybrid. Also prone to berserker rages, but I doubt that'll be an issue unless someone suddenly stabs me." He took another thoughtful look at the sky. "Or shoots me, but then if they do that properly I might not survive anyway. Silver and all that, not an insta-kill but quite painful."

Then he watched the God get up and clean himself off. "Just say you were getting in touch with the Earth. Gods are supposed to do that, right?"

[Yato]

"That's better. But, my occupation is war. I suppose I have a part in damnation." Yato replied with a shrug. Being one of the more vicious gods of war, the god of calamity to be exact, his job was to kill. Certainly that would damn someone. With a shrug, he listened to the questions this person was asking.

"I don't think we've ever tried. I am a war god. I won't go on specifics on what kind of war god I am. I prefer to keep that between the other gods and myself. Werewolf, eh? I have met a few of your kind before, but I hadn't talked to one in, eh, a couple thousand years. The name's Yato." he said, extending his hand for a formal greeting. "So, the myths are true about the silver? There's so many things that are just made up."

Yato gave a small snicker at his comment about the earth. "Well, I am not a fan of the earth. Usually, I am just thrown into it."

[Rhamus]

"Wait, a war god? Shouldn't you be like massive and in a suit of armor or something? Ah well, do you have any holy warriors?" They also should have a legion of followers already, so maybe that's the issue. Perhaps you need to have this many followers to get the golden armor and giant sword. Like how farming gods need so many followers to get a plowshare. Or timeshare, one of the two.

"My name is Rhamus. I consider myself a more classy werewolf than others, though they just take that as me being overly concerned with decorations and appearance. I say they're savages, and then we start biting each other. It's fun. Anyway, the silver thing is true for some and even then only to a certain extent. It's not an all-powerful death dealer, it's just quite painful if it gets in deep. I can survive a shot or stab of silver, it's just quite painful and slows me down." Rhamus said, looking at Yato's hand before semi-awkwardly shaking it. He wasn't used to shaking hands with Gods. "The moon thing, again at least for my type of werewolf, is also exaggerated. We certainly get a lot more excited during the full moon, and excitement can trigger an unwanted change, but you can train yourself to resist it relatively easily."

[Yato]

Yato made an exaggerated noise, something like a choke while he jumped back, throwing his head back dramatically like it hurt him. He sat straight again, rubbing the back of his head before giving his explanation. "There aren't a lot of wars I need to be involved in anymore. And, I was never the muscular. Most of the other gods aren't either. And, no. When I fight, I fight alone." he replied with a small laugh, dropping his hand.

"Nice to meet you, Rhamus. That sounds fun indeed. So, you can touch silver, but it just hurts you? You don't shrivel up and die? Interesting." Yato said. He was making small notes about this in his head. You never know when you may meet a werewolf and need to impress them with your knowledge about their race.

"Well, gods usually do the things you hear about. Wise gods help with knowledge. I have a war god ... acquaintance who can kill who you want to kill, though that really isn't his job." Yato said, his face sneering at the thought of his old partner.
