[Luca Llvaldi]

Luca had been exhausted from flying all the way to Sylverant to give a message from Valere's King to Sylverant's empire. Every time he seemed to be attacked by a pack of pheonix. He'd somehow found his way to the forest near the human village nearby. He'd wandered for quite a bit of time  before finding a nice bush to settle in. He was currently in the form of a small dragon at the moment for it was logical to sleep in a small bush if you were small. His tiny dragon form he was a blue-green color with small wings and large horns he also had a small red triangular spot on the bridge of his nose.

Luca had dozed off but soon awoke to a painful feeling in his tail. He yelped loudly and began running around like a chicken with it's head cut off as a goose held on to his tail with it's mouth. He lashed his tail in a frenzy trying to get if off. He began shooting small blue flames from his mouth in minor panic.

All the goose did was go honk.

She was not in the mood for this. She was nottttttt in the mood for this. The damned goose had come into her life like some overweight feathered rocket and now he was attacking everyone who came close to their home. She'd already lost three customers.

It's a punishment from Hell, she realized as the thing suddenly took off, bobbing low to the ground, clearly sensing someone out in the woods. I did something terrible in a past life and this goose was sent here to punish me.

At the sound of a yelp she sighed and broke into a steady jog. Upon realizing that the goose had found a little dragon, however, she sped up her pace and grabbed hold of the nasty bird, yanking it off forcibly.

"NO."

It continued struggling, honking loudly. Disgusted, she threw it back towards the house. It took flight and waddled back, glaring over its shoulder.

With a frustrated sigh she plopped to the ground. Maybe it was time to give up. "Sorry about that, little guy."

Luca quickly transformed back into his human form and took a few deep breaths before standing up. "What the hell is wrong with that thing..?" He muttered mostly to himself. The light brown haired boy lifted his blue gaze from the ground to the voice that had addressed him. Dammit, it's a girl!? Luca had always been awkward around girls, unable to really be himself. For some reason it was a childhood habit that he became flustered and awkward around them. He shifted awkwardly and gave an awkward smile. "I'm not really a little guy.." He mumbled awkwardly with a sheepish grin. Actually I'm pretty short but.. He shrugged.

"Uhm..." He fixed the position of his glasses and blinked a few times before glancing away. "Sorry if I'm intruding on whatever you were doing.. I wasn't exactly expecting to be attacked by a feathered mongrel.." He muttered quietly. "Oh! My name is Luca!" He shouted out of the blue.

"I'm from Valere. I'm a kingdom messenger. About the dragon thing.. That's one of the forms I can take, don't be alarmed, though I'm sure you've seen weirder around here.."

"Oh, damn," was all she could say when she realized that the little dragon was suddenly becoming bigger. And human. Or human-looking, anyway. She stood up as well, shouldering the satchel.

This was a little awkward. It was a good thing she hadn't started talking to him while he was still a dragon. When one lives alone in the forest they tend to start talking to small animals.

"He's sort of a... squatter? He keeps attacking people. And shapeshifters too, apparently. Sorry about that. And hey, no big deal. I wasn't doing anything. My name is Mechka. You uh. You okay?"

"Yeah, don't worry. I saw a worm shapeshifter once, and just the other day we ran into a pirate king. You're the first dragon shapeshifter I've ever met though. Are you a dragon or a human? What exactly is a kingdom messenger?" Realizing that they were just standing out in the middle of the woods, she hesitated. "You look tired. I can get you some herbal tea if you want."

"He needs to shut the honk up." He scoffed with a grin. "I'm fine. The tail doesn't follow into my human form.. But hot damn that was a wake up call.." He shrugged. "I'm a god and a demon actually.. Call me a half-breed if you will.. and being a familiar too well the shapeshifting into a dragon came with it. I can turn into a much larger one, the small one is hardly useful unless you want to fit through small crevices or something." He laughed lightly. "But I wasn't born from human parents. I mean there was a whole mixup back in the day but.. nevermind."

Luca crossed his arms. "I deliver messages to the three kingdoms. But I'm Valere's messenger, so more or less it's just that empire's messages to the others. It's a tedious and tiring job, which was why I was taking a rest. I swear they take advantage of me though.." He heard her talk about a pirate king and his eyebrow twitched.

"Like him.. A pirate king..? That idiot.. I owe him for breaking some random valuable treasure he owned. He treats me like a pet, a dog, a mutt.." He scoffed.

"Anyway tea sounds good, sure."

"A god/demon halfbreed is kind of unusual for this area," she admitted. "I don't think we've ever had either. Much less a combination of the two. Why dragons?" She didn't know why she asked. Dragons seemed like an obvious choice. Who didn't love dragons? They were pretty damn cool.

"Seems like a pain. Why not quit?"

"Ah. He did seem like a bit of an ass. Why not just dump him? Something about honor? The house is this way."

It wasn't that far. Just over the hill. Various herbs and mushrooms grew all around the outside in seemingly no order, some crawling up the walls. Making her way carefully through the tangle of plants, she entered, leaving the door open for him to do so as well, and put a kettle on the stove.

"You can sit down if you want."
